Aleksandra Rashkovska received B.Sc. in Computer Science, Informatics and Automatics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje, Macedonia in 2006. After graduation, she was engaged as the main designer and developer of the Information System for ECTS at the Faculty of Law in Skopje, Macedonia. Also, she worked as an OSS Specialist at the Department of Information Technology in the leading telecommunication company in Macedonia, Makedonski Telekomunikacii, AD Skopje for a period of almost 3 years. She joined Jožef Stefan Institute as a young researcher at the Department of Communication Systems in 2009. She is a Ph.D. student at the Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School in the Information and Communication Technologies Programme. Her research interests are in the field of parallel and distributed computing.
